She’s got legs, she knows how to use them
Hot for turned legs, I can’t stop cruisin’ them
So good it’s no wonder someone made them

Would you get five of them if you could only find them
From victorian, to the fifties
Vintage shines bright
She’s walnut down to her nails
She’s got burl wood right up to her dovetail
Every time I’m plannin’ to put her to use

Everybody comes to me, to see if they can mooch
She’s so fine, she’s all mine
Go get your own tonight

She’s got legs, she knows how to use them
Hot for turned legs, I can’t stop cruising them
Cost more than a dime plus half of my mind

Stayed out all night thriftin’ through time
Oh, I want her, said I got to have her

That chair is all right, she’s all right

Me too girl. Love me some turned wood, barley twist especially.
Nelya, that’s my favorite! So ridiculously expensive, though.
I don’t know how you come up with these!! You crack me up.
And I would love to happen upon a barley twist console table for my entry. Just like number 4. Le Sigh…
I do appreciate your sense of irony
ha! I love the redesigned ditties…
pretty, pretty!
(I actually saw zz top in concert circa ’86. Jesus, I’ve really been dating myself around blogland lately.)
It’s ok, Anita. My first concert was Ratt. Hellz yeah!
I love the first photos. Mixing the traditional table with modern chair! Such an interesting characters in this room. And the second to the last photo is just beautiful. Seems like an old house, and transformed it to a beautiful new materials such as the dark wood wall. I love it! Thanks for sharing!
