Friends, I have about 3.2 second to write this post before all hell breaks loose, by which I mean that I will have to read Dogzilla 800 times and constantly assure Ike that we are not hiding a bagful of brand new toys from him (except that we are… he will get them next week on the plane).

Don’t worry — I’m not so unkind as to hide this shiny new toy from you. To continue our theme of Wallpaper Week, please see the following and try not to pee your pants with excitement:

Kelly Wearstler for de Gournay wallpaper.

I have plans to rob a bank during Ike’s nap this afternoon, but shhhh don’t tell anyone.

I wish to scale these enchanted mountains. I really like the sunniness of option one, and the browns and yellows of option three…

  2. No words. Want this in a fabric for a headboard in G’s room!!

  3. Let me know if you need a getaway driver. I’m pretty sure I can heist a ride and be in Austin by nap time. :-)

I even kind of like them all together, as panels. Hot stuff!

Is this paper really a contender? that would be amazing

I know!!! It’s freaking amazing. I’ve been drooling over it, too. And if you love that, check out our Susie’s pad. She FINALLY posted today and if you look closely, you will see a most beautiful chair in her den. Look familiar…shades of blue on blue mountains. It’s a Wearstler fabric and its amazing and I have not so jokingly hinted that I will swipe it whenever I visit the gorgeous Casa Quillin.

Nelya, I know EXACTLY which chair you speak of — and if I recall, susie got the fabric for a song. Lucky!

Karly, I would have to win the lottery. I’m sure it’s thousands of dollars…

They’re all so pretty! If you have a spare roll post-robbery, you know how to find me!

  9. Chops to KW for the design. But I would be sick of it in 3.2 seconds if I was living with it.

    OH KW, always so good.

As for the plane ride, I have a 3 year old (he has flown 40+ times) and my two tips for happy flying is: 1) iPod touch/headphones (ours is old 2nd gen but perfect for him) with lots of free apps & videos 2) gum to chew for the decent for his ears.

The iPod is wonderful for dining out/shopping on vacation as well, keeps him occupied so we can actually swallow a few bites :) We used to have a dvd player but the iPod is so much better.

    Wishing you a safe flight!

  11. it’s too good. my house isn’t good enough for that wallpaper.
i am working on painting a giant canvas in that 4th colorway.
