Does anyone out there subscribe to Elle Decor? If so, have you gotten the November issue yet? They totally skipped me in October and I haven’t seen hide or hair of November despite the fact that I paid my bill on time about a month ago. I’m not sure if they’ve skipped me again or if it just hasn’t arrived yet. Help me decide if I need to make a nasty phone call (to a magazine that I generally love)

The nice folks at Elle Decor caught this post and left me a nice comment to let me know that I should have received the magazine by now, they also gave me CS contact info. While this issue isn’t resolved, I still think it was REALLY nice for them to take the time to leave a note. Ok, Ok, I’ll keep my subscription…. not that I would have ever canceled it anyway, it’s one of my faves.

You should have received the November issue by now, but being nasty is never a good option. And I wouldn’t take advice from that Camilla; she sounds awfully cranky. Just call ELLE DECOR’s customer service at 386-597-4375 or go to customerservice-elledecor.com and explain your problem. Perhaps there was simply a mistake in processing your check—
Margaret, Thanks so much for taking the time to comment, I will absolutely call customer service on Monday. I would have done so by now but wasn’t sure if mine was technically late yet. I’m sure it’s just a small misunderstanding.
I went through the websites for all the mags (elle d., elle, dwell, domino) that I was lame and late to pay, and submitted that I hadn’t received specific issues between the trial issues and my payment, requesting in some cases to be sent the back issues and in other cases to extend the sub… and I was almost shocked to get an actually prompt response, within 1-2 days and the issues in the mail. So if you don’t feel like calling, poke around the websites!
I do love Elle Decor. I just got my first issue of World of Interiors yesterday… it’s ‘the biggest issue ever!’ and also about decoration, so lots of shiny pretty things!
The October issue of Domino JUST arrived in Delaware (at the bookstores) so maybe there are delivery issues all around.
I love Elle Decor. Just bought November today. I don’t subscribe for the reason you just described. I hate when I don’t get it before it’s available at the stores or when it’s lost or something. So I just buy it every month.
